Sørenbrød

You can pay one loaf per customer at 100% with Leu

Artist Søren Berner (born 1977 in Denmark) began incorporating bread into his work in 1999 when he lived in Holland. The bread is inspired by the Danish "rugbrød" (Danish rye bread), a wholemeal rye bread made with sourdough. Historically, rye bread was commonly baked in the Swiss valleys where the grain was often grown. Sørenbrød is made with organic ingredients and in local production facilities in Zurich.

Sørenbrød is delivered by bicycle every Tuesday to selected organic shops and delicatessen markets in Zurich. In addition, you can buy it (with Leu) directly at the weekly market on Bürkliplatz on Tuesdays from 7 - 11 a.m. or simply order it online - simply via contact@sorenbrot.ch - until 4 p.m. on Sunday.
